Coach Rob has been working with athletes for the last decade in a variety of sports, but has found his passion in tumbling. Over the last 17+ years he has worked with our future tumblers of the world as young as 2 all the way up to the advanced National Champions who continue their tumbling and cheerleading career through college.
Coach Rob has a degree in Physical Education and Health Education. He has experience teaching in schools from Pre-school through High School. On top of teaching he has been an Athletic Director, a Tumbling Director, and a Red Cross Instructor. He has his certification in USAG (United States Gymnastics Safety) and USASF levels 1-6 as well as being trained in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
There is something mysterious about flipping that draws everybody to admire and appreciate the talent. In the multiple schools Rob has worked in, the students were constantly flipping at recess and in the gym. If tumbling is a natural desire for many children, it is important for them to have a fun place to learn how to do it safely and correctly. This is how X Factor came to be. Coach Rob understands that you don't only have to be physically strong to tumble, but you have to learn both confidence and trust in yourself and your coach to obtain new skills.
Coach Igor has dedicated most of his life to the performing arts as a choreographer, coach, and an artist of ballet, tap, national folk dance, and gymnastics. He has received his degree from the National Academic Dance Studio of the Ukraine as a performing ballet artist, and a masters degree in Sport Education. Coach Igor was invited to coach at the Ukrainian Olympic Preparatory Academy in 1984. For multiple years, he coached and choreographed the Hungarian women's national acrobatics team. In 1991, he became the head gymnastics and acrobatics coach at the Club Central Army of the Ukraine. In 1991, he also held the position of head coach with the Ukrainian National Acrobatics team. After moving to the USA, he helped build multiple ballet and gymnastics programs in the NY/NJ area. Over the years, Coach Igor's athletes have won multiple titles in the USSR, the European and World acrobatics championships. Some pupils have gone on to take positions in shows like Champions on Ice, Cirque du Soleil, and more. Coach Igor loves nothing more then to see his students succeed and see the "ah-ha" moments when they finally overcome something they thought they never could have done.
Coach Brittany was introduced to coaching competitive cheerleading in 2005, and made captain of her high school varsity cheerleading team in 2008. In 2009, Brittany continued coaching cheerleading and gymnastics while competing on an International Open level 5 team. Coach Brittany has competed at numerous national competitions, including the cheerleading Worlds, and placed top 5 at the U.C.A Nationals. Coach Brittany is certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED, and is certified in the fundamentals of gymnastics through USAG. Her favorite thing about coaching is meeting young athletes who share the same passion for tumbling and cheer, and passing on to them all that she has learned throughout the years.
Coach Gerry was a self taught gymnast until the age of 15 when he began training at the Berks Gymnastics Academy in Pennsylvania. After two years of hard work he was training Elite level skills and began his official training at Parkettes National Gymnastics Training Center and Olympic Gym in the heart of Allentown Pennsylvania. At the age of 22 Coach Gerry received his first professional job as a gymnast and stilt walker working for the Walt Disney Company. This opened the door for his career as he was invited to Montreal to train with Cirque Du Soleil, and was selected into Action Horizons Stunt Department and Earned his Screen Actors Guild (SAG) card while training for the MARVEL Motion picture “Spider-Man-Far From Home”.
An avid Musical Theatre lover and professional; Gerry has taken his gymnastics, dance, and singing to the stage touring in Disney’s, NEWSIES, & Beauty and the Beast, as well as numerous Professional and Regional Broadway Productions, including being Fight/Stunt Captain the Regional Premiere of ANASTASIA The Broadway Musical.
Certified under USAG for the past 15 years, Gerry’s coaching Philosophy is that “Everything in gymnastics/tumbling can and should be learned.” His favorite part of coaching are the life lessons we pass along to our students as they grow not only into fine athletes, but into well rounded people.
Coach Kasey is currently studying nursing, with a passion for healthcare and a goal of becoming a dedicated nurse in the future. With 13 years of experience as a competitive cheerleader, including 7 years at the highest level, and competing at the World Championships, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to coaching. Over the years, Coach Kasey has spent over a decade coaching tumbling, helping athletes develop their skills and build confidence.
What Coach Kasey loves most about coaching and tumbling is the joy and motivation that comes from seeing athletes achieve new skills. There's nothing more rewarding than watching kids grow, not just as athletes, but as individuals—building strength, discipline, and a sense of accomplishment along the way. This passion for development and growth fuels Kasey's dedication to both coaching and future nursing aspirations, always striving to make a positive impact on others' lives.
Coach Jim coached at Indian Hills high school for over 20 years where they won numerous league, state and national championships. He coached all levels of cheer and tumbling skills to athletes of all ages in the all star and high school divisions. He is known for his creative choreography, visual transitions, and crowd pleasing stunts. Coach Jim has 25+ years judging USASF, NFHS, NJCDCA, and Varsity All Star competitions. Coach Jim's favorite thing about coaching is seeing how excited athletes get when they gain a new skill, and the smiles on their faces light up his day.
Coach Gabby has been a cheerleader for 12 years, and has competed for 5 years with a local town program as well as her high school. During her senior year of high school she has been named Captain, and lead her team to a successful season. She is currently an Elementary/Special Education Teacher and working on her Masters Degree. Coach Gabby loves working with kids and is striving towards a career as a teacher. Coach Gabby's favorite thing about coaching is getting to meet great kids and helping them achieve new skills.
Coach Harmony is currently a senior in high school, planning to be a psychology major in college. Her love for cheerleading has been a huge part of her high school experience. Coach Harmony began tumbling at X Factor her freshman year and immediately loved the environment. Shortly after, she began volunteer coaching for youth cheer teams, and joined her school's football and competition cheer teams, as well as the gymnastics team. Coach Harmony reached a lot of my tumbling goals at X Factor, and began working her sophomore year. X Factor has become a home to her, meeting amazing coworkers, friends, and talented athletes.
Coaching tumbling is incredibly rewarding because she get to help kids master new skills, have fun, and become more confident in their abilities. There is nothing more fulfilling than teaching something she loves doing, and watching her students grow to love it just as much!

Coach Miranda is a junior at Indian Hills high school. After high school, she will be heading to college to study biology and medical sciences. Coach Miranda is on track to go into radiologic practices. She been cheering for 9 years at both the rec and all star levels. Currently, she is on her high school’s cheer team for both football and competition cheer. Her favorite part of being a coach is getting to work with athletes on achieving new tumbling skills, and seeing their excitement and happiness when they see that all their hard work paying off!
Coach Zahnia has been cheering for 11 years, and through this journey, she developed a deep passion for Cheerleading. Coach Z has always been about teamwork, and leadership. Cheerleading has not only shaped her athletic abilities but also influenced her approach to other aspects of life, such as her academics, which will lead her into college in the fall of 2025. She loves coaching and tumbling because it allows her to share her experiences and help others grow their skills and confidence. The best part about coaching is seeing the students and athletes achieve their goals, and knowing that she played a part in their success!

Coach MacKenzie is a student at Ramapo High School and plans on becoming a premed student after she graduates. She have been involved in tumbling since she was three years old. From the ages of 3-11, she was a competitive gymnast and decided to switch over to Allstar cheer at age 11. Coach MacKenzie is currently a level five cheerleader and has experience competing in levels 3 through 6. She has qualified for the Summit National Championships for the last five years and for finals in some of the most competitive divisions. Tumbling has always been an outlet and an incredibly important part of her life. As a coach, it is her goal to inspire kids to develop a love for tumbling. She believes that anyone is capable of doing anything they want to do if they set their mind to it!
