Attire For Tumbling

What to wear: All athletes, regardless of age, should wear athletic attire that reflects the nature of our sport.  Attire should consist of supportive cover up clothing such as a sports bra and spandex or a leotard.  Shirts worn over top should be athletic material that is form fitting so the shirt remains in place.

Hair should be pulled back out of the athlete's face in a braid, bun, or pony tail.

We tumble barefoot as it provides the best results.

Boys should wear a tight bottom beneath their shorts and an athletic shirt that remains in place while tumbling.

Athletes in attire that does not properly cover and support them will not be allowed to participate.
